Are you feeling stuck in a cycle of negativity with symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship breakup? I am here to facilitate and look at ways in which to explore and plot a new course to experiencing relief from these symptoms and find a path to a brighter way of living. As a fully accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, I have a deep passion to work in the areas of change for people that can make a real difference. I will work with you in a safe and confidential environment, using proven therapies to assist in a healing process, through times of difficulty or disruption in your life
